If your tired of plain ol’ pumpkin pie, then I encourage to to dive into this ahhhmazing pumpkin crunch cake recipe. IMHO, it is BETTER (yes…I DID just say that! BETTER!) than pumpkin pie! I was hooked from the first time I tried it, and I’m sure you will be too!

TIP: Dear Crissy uses a box cake mix. I never buy the stuff, but if you do- GO FOR IT! It’s just as easy to grab my handy dandy Betty Crocker recipe book and whip up my own yellow cake mix. Just add the dry ingredients together and like magic, you have a yellow cake mix- without all the preservatives and additives. I always have flour, sugar, etc. on hand. Super easy!
